Pickleball in Magnolia, Arkansas

Magnolia's best-documented public option is Eastside Park. A February 2026 community update reports eight pickleball courts there, replacing older directory listings that still show only three. No reliable recurring open-play, league, or clinic schedule was found, so court availability should not be confused with an organized game.

Where to Play

Eastside Park
1606 Hollensworth Street, Magnolia, AR 71753
The Magnolia-Columbia County Chamber reports that the park has added eight pickleball courts since 2022 as part of major public improvements. The city confirms the park address. Review the 2026 park update and call the city at (870) 234-1375 for current hours, lighting, net availability, or closures. Older court directories showing three courts appear outdated.

Central Baptist Church and Columbia Christian School are also listed by third-party directories as indoor possibilities, but neither publishes a current public pickleball schedule. Contact those venues directly before expecting access.

Lessons and Beginner Play

No current recurring Magnolia beginner clinic was verified. A beginner can start by checking the Eastside Park PlayTime Scheduler page for a novice-friendly session or by arranging a first game with an experienced player. For structured instruction, compare the pickleball coach directory and confirm how far the instructor travels, since the nearest listed coaches may be outside Magnolia.

Open Play, Leagues, and Events

No dependable recurring organized open play, league, or upcoming local tournament was found. Eastside Park's courts are a place to play, but they do not by themselves guarantee a drop-in rotation. Check the player-maintained PlayTime Scheduler shortly before your visit and verify the date, skill level, and attendance with the session organizer.

For Visitors and Solo Players

A visitor bringing partners can use Eastside Park after confirming park access and equipment needs with the city. A solo visitor should join or create a session on the Eastside Park PlayTime Scheduler page, confirm that other players have committed, and bring a paddle, outdoor balls, water, and court shoes. If no session is listed, arrange players before arriving rather than relying on an empty-court listing to produce a game.
